Healthy Breakfast or Dinner Kale Smoothie

This Breakfast or Dinner Kale Smoothie is made up mostly of kale and kale is low in calorie, high in fiber and is shown to have zero fat. It speeds up the digestive process and the elimination of wasteful substances in the body. Kale is Loaded with Powerful Antioxidants, high in vitamin K, A, C and Calcium.

Kale has been shown to be a detox food because it is filled with fiber and sulphur, which are great for detoxifying your body and maintaining the health of your liver.

Please use only organic foods.

4 - 6 kale leaves
2 cups of coconut water
1 tsp  rose water

1. Wash and blend all the kale's leaves using your coconut water as the water substitute.

2. Add the rose water to the blending and continue the blending until it becomes smooth.

3. When finished, pour smoothie into your PiƱa Kale-ada's cups and drink or serve.
