Morning Energy Drink Recipe

The Morning Energy Drink is a vegetable juice that is made up of 4 different vegetables that are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, we only used 4, because too great a quantity can cause problem in your stomach. This juice is very effective once you have consumed it, you will understand what i am saying. You see, different enzyme in our stomachs works on different kind of food, so the more variety of foods we have in our stomachs may result in acid reflux and a drawn-out digestion.

With that being said, let us get started with our Morning Energy.

4 celery Stalks
4 carrots, with tops
1 large bunch of spinach
1 large handful parsley

Wash and place all the ingredients in the juicer one at a time and juice until finished. 

Strain juice with a strainer if desires. 

Pour your juice into a glass cup and drink. Enjoy :).
