Healthy Organic Kale Soup Recipe

Kale soup is said to help lower high cholesterol if cooked by steaming. Kale is said to be rich in fiber and works better with the bile acid in your digestive track when it has been steamed.

1 tbsp sofrito, organic
9 cups filtered water
1 vegetable broth, organic
1 bag mixed vegetables, organic and frozen
2 tbsp grape seed oil, organic
2 garlic cloves, organic
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning, organic
2 tbsp dried parsley, organic
1 can cannellini beans, organic
1 can organic diced tomatoes
1/2 bundle kale, chopped
6-7 potatoes, chopped
1 handful cilantro, organic
1/2 cups onion, chopped
