Healthy Twice Banana Smoothie

1 cup yogurt (vegan)
1 banana
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Juice from one orange (when in a bind I have used orange juice from a
carton) maple syrup to taste. Mix in blender till smooth.
Pour into a glass cup and drink/serve.
